RacquetIQ
SMS Terms & Messaging Consent
RacquetIQ clubs communicate with families by text message from a registered business line. These terms describe how that messaging works and how consent, opt-out, and rates are handled.
What messages you may receive
If you give a club your mobile number, you may receive text messages about bookings, schedule changes, reminders, waitlist offers, payment notices, and replies to messages you send. These are the operational texts that run your club relationship.
Consent
You opt in by providing your mobile number to a club and agreeing to be contacted. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies based on your activity with the club.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. You can opt back in at any time by contacting your club.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RacquetIQ and your club do not charge you for the text messages themselves.
Your privacy
Your mobile number and messaging data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Honest status
Automated messaging (Rally on Auto) turns on for a club only after its messaging compliance — a registered business line and carrier registration — is verified. Until then, texts are sent with a person's approval.
