Children's Privacy & Safety

RacquetIQ is designed for racquet-sports clubs that coach kids, so youth safety is in the foundation of the product — not bolted on. This page describes how we approach the personal information of children under 13.

Parental consent

A child is added to a club by their parent or guardian, or by the club with the parent's involvement. We are built for verifiable parental consent and age-aware onboarding: a minor's account is tied to a guardian, and we collect only the information a club needs to run lessons and keep a player safe.

Guardian visibility, by default

Parents can see the sessions and the messages that involve their child. There is no private, unmonitored channel between a coach and a minor — communication involving a child is visible to their guardian.

What we don't do

We don't sell children's personal information, and we don't use it to target advertising. A child's data is used to operate their club's coaching and to keep their guardian informed.

Access, export, and deletion

A parent or guardian can review the personal information we hold about their child, request a copy, and request that we delete it. Export and deletion are built into the product.

Honest status

Some youth-safety controls and the final, counsel-reviewed policy are still being verified before launch. Where something isn't final yet, we say so rather than pretend. A contact channel for parents' privacy questions will be published here with the finalized policy.
